Emotional Expressivity and Prosocial Behavior

This research looks at spontaneous facial expressions and how those expressions relate to trustworthy behavior in interpersonal relationships. This is important in understanding what governs behavior in interpersonal relationships, which occupy much of our lives. This Honors Fellowship helps fund my research and the experiments necessary to it.

Hometown: Larchmont, NY
Majors: Psychology
Future Plans: I am hoping to enter a PhD program in Clinical Psychology and focus in PTSD and trauma.
Hobbies: Singing along to Broadway musicals!
Fun Fact: Despite living half and hour away from NYC my whole life, I’ve never been to the Empire State Building or the Statue of Liberty.
