Title of Project:
Internalist Common-Sensism: Objecting to Michael Bergmann’s Proper Functionalism
Advisor: Chris Tucker
Honors Department: Philosophy

I intend to establish a common-sense theory of justification that satisfies awareness requirements on justification. This research is important because philosophical common-sense seems antithetical to awareness requirements on justification, but, as I will show, it need not be.

Hometown: Williamsburg, Virginia
Hobbies: Reading philosophy, writing bad poetry, drinking copious amounts of black coffee, and spinning records.
Fun Fact: My favorite board game is Monopoly and I’m a socialist.
