Spectroscopic Ellipsometry and Cryogenic Capabilities
This project will contain two parts. In the first part, I will develop new capabilities for spectroscopic ellipsometry by designing and installing a cryogenic ultra-high vacuum chamber that will allow us to examine samples at temperatures down to 4 K, and pressures of 10-9 to 10-10 Torr.
